Afgan Border Police (ABP), Afghan National Police (ANP) and Coalition Forces Visited isolated villagers in Sultak and Pesho Gar villages, Dan Wa Patan District , Paktia Province to provide food, fuel and warm clothing. The harsh winter isolates so many villages and cuts them off from main thoroughfares that would normally allow them to acquire the supplies they need. Afghan National Security Forces work diligently to provide much needed food and supplies to help villagers living in remote areas of Afghanistan get through the harsh winter. Missions like these are becoming routine for the ANSF demonstrating the committment the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has made to ensure that citizens are provided for through security, humanitarian assistance, and healthier living conditions.
