Afghan National Army Commando and Coalition Forces Distribute Humanitarian Assistance PDF Print E-mail

Rish Khvor, Wardak Province: The Afghan Soldiers of the Commando training Company and their Coalition Partners distributed Humanitarian Assistance Products to the citizens of Rish Khvor yesterday. Over 1000 bags of beans, rice, flour and sugar were given out along with stoves, coal and blankets to help citizens prepare for winter. 350 families received clothing and shoes while Afghan and Coalition medical personnel provided treatment for illness and minor injuries. 250 radios were distributed as well, the newly empowered citizens of Afghanistan’s hunger for news and current events have made radio a booming industry.
