Un-Manned Air Craft Crashes in Paktika province |

BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan (August 27, 2008) – A Coalition forces’ un-manned aerial vehicle crashed earlier today in the Yosof Khail District of Paktika province, today.
The aerial vehicle used for reconnaissance suffered a mechanical malfunction causing its parachute to deploy and crash. The aircraft was recovered and taken to a nearby forward operating base.
This incident is under investigation.
