FORWARD OPERATING BASE SALERNO, Afghanistan (June 30, 2008) – A Coalition helicopter evacuated a 22-year-old Afghan civilian male, who was seriously injured today during a rocket attack at the Margha bazaar in the Bermel District, Paktika province.
Anti-Afghan forces fired three rockets, one of which impacted the bazaar and injured the non-combatant.
The injured was in stable condition at an ISAF military hospital.
